Full Transcript: Interview with Endrose on TIDE's Structure and Operations

By Florr • July 3, 2025 • Interview

Disclaimer: For readability, statements made by Endrose have been lightly corrected for spelling and grammar. The content and meaning of the responses remain unchanged.

This is the full transcript of our interview with Endrose, a senior operative within TIDE, revealing their strategies and philosophy in their own words. Throughout this article, we have highlighted key excerpts ahead of certain sections to help readers fully grasp the weight of what follows.

Founding Intentions and Current Ambitions

The discussion opens with the original motivations behind TIDE’s formation and its current goals.

flor: Can you explain the purpose of TIDE, why it was created, its current goals, whether your goals changed, etc.

ready2endrose: The original purpose of TIDE was to dismantle and destroy the ROSE party which at the time held political domination. It was closely related to a group called the QQQ which used slurs and generally acted like degenerates.

flor: Ic. Current goals?

ready2endrose: Politically dominate SimDem and push out QQQ and ROSE members.

The Notcom Report and Psychological Warfare

“The GIU maintains an active psy analysis division.”

Before revealing their infiltration tactics, Endrose casually mentions an entire division dedicated to psychological analysis.

flor: What's up with this report? What's up with the psychological report on Notcom which has been spread around?

ready2endrose: So that was the result of long time surveillance, interaction with notcom, and an operation to get close and understand them better. The GIU maintains an active psy analysis division. We have been writing this report for a while but couldn't release it till the end of Velvet Guillotine which just happened.

TIDE’s Internal Departments Explained

The next part covers TIDE’s internal structure, revealing a sophisticated set of operations and oversight bodies.

flor: Speaking of the GIU, can you elaborate on the TIDE sections or departments, or whatever they are called, how many exist and what is each one's purpose?

ready2endrose: GIU stands for Global Intelligence Unit, it's in charge of infiltration and intelligence gathering. It does not participate in offense operations. The SEU does offensive operations. We also have the SRB which is a recruitment arm. And the ISD which protects us from traitors and internal misconduct.

flor: Can you please explain the acronyms for the SEU, SRB, and ISD like you did for the GIU?

ready2endrose: Sure. The SEU stands for Special Enforcement Unit. The SRB stands for Secure Recruiting or Recruitment Bureau. The ISD stands for Internal Security Department. We also have the Directorate which is the group of directors of the departments. And the TEC council.

Ethics Council and the Limits of Oversight

“Not really.”

This brief but telling response foreshadows the mindset about to be laid bare regarding their ethics council.

flor: What is the TEC council?

ready2endrose: TIDE Ethics Council.

flor: What does this body do within TIDE, an organization known for unethical activity? What is the point of an ethics council when you actively commit doxxing and other similar things?

ready2endrose: It's more of an oversight thing. TIDE members charged by the ISD can appeal to TEC. Also, they evaluate everything we do to make sure we don't go too far.

flor: Wouldn't you say doxxing is going "too far"?

ready2endrose: Not really.

Offensive Operations and Leadership Hierarchy

“Politically dominate SimDem and push out QQQ and ROSE members.”

Returning to this earlier quote here foreshadows the aggressive operations and leadership structure Endrose outlines below.

flor: The SEU does offensive operations. Does this refer to doxxing?

ready2endrose: It can. But also other things. Offensive psyops for one.

flor: Where do you currently stand in TIDE leadership, you are seen by many to be the ringleader, or at least the figurehead of TIDE. Are you the absolute leader over this organization?

ready2endrose: I'm not the absolute leader. I direct the SEU. I'm in what is known as "high command" or the Directorate. The absolute leader is the DirINT.

flor: DirINT?

ready2endrose: Director of Intelligence. Identity classified.

ready2endrose: I have a good amount of power being the director of TIDE's enforcement arm but I still answer the ISD director deputy DirINT and TEC.

Operations Against Political Rivals

This segment confirms TIDE’s involvement in attacks against political opponents.

flor: Why target the lemon party? Your agents, including yourself, actively attacked the LP party server, doing things like spamming and doxxing.

ready2endrose: Direct order.

flor: Can you elaborate?

ready2endrose: Not really.

Operation Velvet Guillotine Revealed

“We basically created a fake mole to gain notcom's trust.”

This quote sets the tone before Endrose explains the details of Velvet Guillotine, one of the more alarming parts of the transcript.

flor: Can you elaborate on this, does TIDE have laws?

ready2endrose: We don't call them laws. But functionally yes. We have a internal criminal code.

flor: Regarding the notcom report, what was this operation you mentioned?

ready2endrose: It's difficult to explain. We basically created a fake mole to gain notcom's trust. I will declassify the operation.

ready2endrose: It gave us complete control over any entity attempting to infiltrate and pretty much prevented infiltration from every happened again. I will send the document link here after I get permission for it to be declassified.

ready2endrose: [Operation Velvet Guillotine – Full Declassified Report]

flor: Alright. Thank you for answering these questions. I will publish an article shortly.

ready2endrose: Ok.

What This Means for SimDemocracy

Endrose’s admissions reveal an organization that is deeply entrenched, highly structured, and unapologetically aggressive. TIDE’s operations extend far beyond ordinary political maneuvering and openly include deception, doxxing, and long term psychological warfare.

This transcript underscores that their tactics are completely unapologetic and standard operating procedure. The internal oversight mechanisms they claim to have are, by their own description, more symbolic than restrictive.

For the citizens of SimDemocracy, this raises difficult questions about the future of the political community. Whether through escalation or submission, other groups will be forced to reckon with the strategies outlined here.

Goldenflower Investigation and Reporting will continue monitoring these developments closely.
